Formerly owned by a local notable person, the building, its terrasse and its garden, where some of the stones come from the local Abbey in Villers-La-Ville, was restored to its past elegance over a period of 4 years. Light and modern comfort was added, to enjoy delightful moments with family or friends.

Tastefully renovated, you will find between these walls that date back to 1847, three bedrooms able to welcome up to seven people.

Villers-la-VillA benefits from an exceptional location, centrally located and on a paved road leading to Mellery village. It is only few steps away from the train stop of the Ottignies-Charleroi line, liaising with Brussels, Namur and much more. And of course, only 1500m from the Villers-la-Ville Abbey.

On top of the three bedrooms (2 double beds + 3 simple beds), there is a bathroom, a dining room with lots of natural light, a ‘British’-style living room with a fireplace, a modern and fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction cooker, dish-washer, pancake maker, raclette machine/stone grill, toaster, Nespresso & filter coffee machine, kettle, mixer, Soup ‘mixer …), the terrasse of Villers-la-VillA leads to the garden where you will find a kitchen garden.

After spending some years to bring back to life this charming house, we are delighted to offer others the opportunity to enjoy happy moments with family and friends; hence we created Villers-la-VillA.

It is with great pleasure that we offer an authentic and unique residence, in an historically rich place, perfectly located to visit the surroundings.
